Clean, Moisturized Face
Clean (and product FREE) and completely dry hair - If you have NATURALLY really curly hair, please straighten)
Drink LOTS of Water
Exfoliate your lips and moisturize!
Eat a decent breakfast - you'll be working hard and will get hungry.
Nude and Black SEAMLESS thong - preferably NOT lace (no wording or branding)
No tight bra, tight socks, tight pants, etc. to ensure no lines prior to session
Don't forget the deodorant (haha!)... you'll be doing a lot of working out!
Bottom of your feet clean - fuzzies, dirt, etc. It sounds silly... but it will help in pictures!
Toe nails and finger nails clean and neat (painted or non-painted is fine)
If you wish - body hair removal (including lip, chin etc. - hair shows up very well on camera)
Not tanned in 4-6 weeks - including spray tans, tanning beds, sun exposure etc.
Stretch your neck, back and ankles!!!!
Bring anything *optional* you'd like to wear for photos - we do not recommend anything flowy (ex. baby dolls)
