Terms and Conditions

Liability and Indemnification:

• While we endeavor to provide a safe environment, participants acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with the event.

• Indulgence Industries and Aspen Studios, along with their affiliates, agents, owners, and assigns, (collectively “Producers”) are not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the event and participants shall fully indemnify the Producers for any liability, harm, or loss due to a Participant’s negligence or intentionally harmful act.

• Participants are responsible for any damage by them to any Producer, fellow Participant, or location equipment during the event.

Safety:

• For the safety of all participants, Participants shall ensure all cords are securely fastened, and lighting equipment is weighted down to limit the risk of tipping. Inability to do so will result in asking the eqiupment to be removed.

• For the comfort and safety of all participants, guests will not be permitted in the shooting space from 12:15PM - 3:45PM, while the event is ongoing.

Harassment and Discrimination:

• Respect for all participants is non-negotiable. Any instances of harassment or discrimination of anyone will be addressed promptly and may result in removal from the event.

Crediting, Usage and Response Time:

• Participants are expected to properly credit the model and photographer for any content created during the event in some form. Hosts/event are not expected to be credited and/or named.

• Any and all photographs and/ or content created during the event may be used for promotional purposes.

• Participants shall be courteous in their response times and allow a minimum 24-hour period before following up with any participant, producer, or other associated person or entity.
